This series of drawings was inspired after relocating to Richmond VA from Brooklyn NY. The drawings were all done sitting in my new yard. A new world took form, BeeMan Land, the layers of life and activity that occur just under foot. BeeMan Land was conceived as a playground for gay role play. Men dressed as birds and bees flying from ropes. It is a place I hope to visit again and again.
